Nicki Palermo has been working in real estate her whole life—she got started working in a real estate office at age 16, was licensed at 18, and has now been in the business for 20 years. That depth of experience gives clients the confidence to trust Nicki with all their real estate transactions, and she exceeds their expectations with her hard-working attitude, attention to detail, and personal touch.
Working at RE/MAX ONE in Annapolis, Nicki serves Anne Arundel, Calvert, Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Charles counties. She and her team have won the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club and SMAR Diamond Award,and an impressive 87% of Nicki’s business consists of repeat and referral clients. “Our clients appreciate the way we approach every aspect of the transaction,” she says. “I treat my clients as I would like to be treated.
I always try to be honest and loyal, and I am always looking out for their best interests. We try to cover everything and make it a smooth transaction for them.”Nicki and her team forge lasting personal bonds with their clients. “Our clients usually end up becoming pretty good friends of ours,” she says. “It’s such an intimate experience buying a house with somebody: you talk multiple times a day, you learn about their family and what they’re looking for in a home, and that’s really a huge purchase in somebody’s life.” She and her team check in with clients after a deal has closed to Make sure everything is going well, and also to provide clients with market updates to keep them informed. “We try to be their point of contact for anything to do with real estate, or with their home or vacation property,” she explains.
When marketing a listing, Nicki provides a comprehensive pre-listing package. She works with sellers to make sure a home looks its best, then brings in a professional photographer and even pulls out extras such as aerial drone video and professional staging, depending on the listing, to make a listing stand out. “We give all our clients five-star treatment,” Nicki says. “All our listings reflect back on us and our brand, so we always try to showcase each property in the best light possible.” Nicki and her team believe in the importance of giving back to their community. With each transaction, they make a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. They also donate supplies to local elementary schools. When she’s not working, Nicki loves to go to the beach with her husband and their two beautiful boys. In the future, Nicki wants to continue growing her business to better serve her clients. “Each year we get busier and busier, which is great,” she says. “I want to expand my team and bring on additional like-minded people who put the customer first, have a genuine heart, and also have a great hustle. I love winning for my clients, and I love getting to be a part of helping them find where they’re going to live and grow for years to come.”

Juliet also understands the importance of forging solid working relationships with other real estate professionals and is proud of the ever-expanding network she has built and can rely on. Born on base in St. Mary’s County and raised in Southern Maryland, Juliet has lifelong knowledge of the Tri-County area. Military personnel are close to her heart and each year she works closely with various charities in that arena including Wreaths Across America.
She currently resides in Huntingtown with her husband and two children; they love to travel as a family and find adventures close to home! Juliet is a member of The Nicki Palermo Group and works primarily out of The Nicki Palermo Group Office in Deale.

As a military spouse herself, she can provide personal knowledge and experience with the VA loan process and military relocation.
